The portal is accessible even after turning off viewing pictures, cascade styles (CSS), Java and JavaScript sequences. Equally, it is defined in relative units and its content can be easily extended and reduced by means of standard web browser tools. The portal was also validated by service W3C for HTML Transitional 4.01 and for CSS. The portal also complies with the “Blind Friendly” requirements.
